Starlene Espinoza
Pilates has been part of my life since childhood, when my mother introduced me to Joseph Pilates’ work. My foundation in movement was shaped early on by both his teachings and my years of ballet training, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for alignment, precision, and fluidity. I am deeply committed to my own growth as both teacher and mover. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of bodies, ages, and abilities, specializing in Mat Pilates while also being well-versed in Joseph Pilates’ many apparatuses, including the Reformer.
In every class, I strive to bring supportive hands-on guidance, personalized corrections, and positive energy to help my students experience the joy of truly inhabiting their body

Pilates became a transformative part of my life three years ago, and since then, I’ve fallen in love with the classical movements created by Joseph Pilates. What began as a curiosity quickly grew into a deep passion for the method's intention, control, and precision. As I moved deeper into the practice, I discovered not only physical strength, but a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, a philosophy that now fuels my approach to both movement and teaching. I believe holistic health is the foundation of lasting wellness. For me, fitness is more than just physical conditioning; it’s about cultivating balance, presence, and vitality from the inside out. My mission is to bring this integrative approach to everyone who steps into my class offering space for growth, empowerment, and self-discovery through Pilates. Whether you're just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your practice, I aim to guide you with grounded energy, thoughtful cueing, and the belief that movement is a powerful tool for transformation.

Gianna Roma
Hi I’m Gianna! A former cheerleader who traded pom-poms for pilates and fell in love! Pilates has challenged my body and mind in ways I didn’t know was possible. Throughout my journey, I learned the importance of discipline, body awareness, and taking care of myself through movement.Pilates has become more than just exercise for me. It has been a source of strength, resilience, and personal growth. While I enjoy the challenge and precision of reformer work, I always return to mat Pilates, where I feel the most powerful, grounded, and fulfilled. It’s on the mat that I’ve discovered the true depth of what strength can offer, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. As an instructor, my goal is to share that same sense of empowerment with others. I hope for you to walk away from class feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to yourself. Pilates has shaped me as both an athlete and a woman, and I am confident it will be just that for you too.

I found Pilates as a way to reconnect with myself, step into my feminine energy, and feel strong in my body. What began as a personal journey quickly became a passion for helping other women feel empowered and confident through movement. I'm committed to creating a supportive and uplifting environment where my clients can feel comfortable, challenged, and proud of their progress. My goal is to bring authenticity, positive energy, and thoughtful guidance, helping students not only strengthen their bodies but also connect with themselves on a deeper level. When im not teaching, you can find me at the gym, hiking, or spending time with Alaska (my golden retriever). A perfectionist at heart, I’m always learning and growing, whether that’s perfecting my Pilates technique or getting used to New York’s chilly winters. My mission? to create a safe, supportive space where clients can challenge themselves, feel strong, and leave class happier than when they walked in!

Alexandra Gonzalez
Hi! I'm Alex, a passionate Pilates instructor and practitioner. My journey began in 2019 when I joined the Pilates community as a client, where I discovered my love for movement through Pilates. I went through the instructor program in 2020 after much encouragement from my Pilates friends and instructors, and started teaching in 2021. Since then, I have helped many people discover the same love I did, making them feel better mentally and physically by making my Pilates classes challenging and fun! Come to my classes to have a fun time while taking care of your body! When not immersed in Pilates, I'm out trying new things, playing video games, watching movies, hiking, and camping. Recommend me a new trail to hike! I'm fairly new in this area.
