Pilates has been part of my life since childhood, when my mother introduced me to Joseph Pilates’ work. My foundation in movement was shaped early on by both his teachings and my years of ballet training, which instilled in me a deep appreciation for alignment, precision, and fluidity. I am deeply committed to my own growth as both teacher and mover. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of bodies, ages, and abilities, specializing in Mat Pilates while also being well-versed in Joseph Pilates’ many apparatuses, including the Reformer.

In every class, I strive to bring supportive hands-on guidance, personalized corrections, and positive energy to help my students experience the joy of truly inhabiting their body

Pilates became a transformative part of my life three years ago, and since then, I’ve fallen in love with the classical movements created by Joseph Pilates. What began as a curiosity quickly grew into a deep passion for the method's intention, control, and precision. As I moved deeper into the practice, I discovered not only physical strength, but a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, a philosophy that now fuels my approach to both movement and teaching. I believe holistic health is the foundation of lasting wellness. For me, fitness is more than just physical conditioning; it’s about cultivating balance, presence, and vitality from the inside out. My mission is to bring this integrative approach to everyone who steps into my class offering space for growth, empowerment, and self-discovery through Pilates. Whether you're just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your practice, I aim to guide you with grounded energy, thoughtful cueing, and the belief that movement is a powerful tool for transformation.

Hi! I'm Alex, a passionate Pilates instructor and practitioner. My journey began in 2019 when I joined the Pilates community as a client, where I discovered my love for movement through Pilates. I went through the instructor program in 2020 after much encouragement from my Pilates friends and instructors, and started teaching in 2021. Since then, I have helped many people discover the same love I did, making them feel better mentally and physically by making my Pilates classes challenging and fun! Come to my classes to have a fun time while taking care of your body! When not immersed in Pilates, I'm out trying new things, playing video games, watching movies, hiking, and camping. Recommend me a new trail to hike! I'm fairly new in this area.

Hi I’m Alexandra! Since I was a teenager, I’ve always had a lifestyle that was focused on movement and strength. Pilates was at the core of this. I loved the flow of the movements and the balance it brought to my body. Now today, I have a strong passion for Pilates because I know the wonderful impact that Pilates can have on your body and life. I’ve turned this passion into becoming a Pilates Instructor. I’ve taken the time to learn the human body and the many apparatus’ that Joseph Pilates developed. But, I have always turned back to my first love, mat Pilates. As your Pilates instructor, I bring the appreciation for the principles of Pilates that Joseph Pilates incorporated into each movement. Along with that, the methods to bring you closer to your goals. The dedication to help you stay motivated. I love people, I love teaching Pilates and I love seeing each client progress and getting stronger with each class. With each session in my class you’ll immediately feel that I care about each and every one of those participating.

I discovered Pilates at 15 years old and quickly fell in love with it. Starting out in the basement of my parents’ home, I taught myself by watching instructors on YouTube for years before finally pursuing my certification through Balanced Body. While staying true to the foundations of classical Pilates, I love incorporating strength training and a good playlist to create fun and challenging classes. I’m deeply passionate about movement, wellness, and health, and uplifting and empowering others is at the center of everything I do on and off the mat.
