EVENT DETAILS

FEES & PAYMENT

• Base Package: $600 (2 hours, class up to 20)

• Elevated Package: $800 (3 hours, class + vendor recommendations)

• Signature Package: $1,300 (3 hours, class + DJ + vendor recommendations)

PAYMENT TERMS

• A 50% deposit is required 21 days (3 weeks) before the event to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the start time, or may be paid in full at any time before the event date.

• Payments are non-refundable. One reschedule may be permitted if requested at least 21 days prior.

INCLUSIONS

Depending on the package selected, renter will receive:

• Exclusive use of the studio (2–3 hours depending on package).

• One private Pilates class (up to 20 guests), mats & equipment provided.

• Access to the music system (easy connection for renter’s device).

• Live DJ (Signature Package or DJ add-on).

• Recommendations for trusted local vendors (food, coffee, or pop-ups).

Light cleaning included (vacuuming, equipment sanitizing, trash removal).

RENTER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Renter is responsible for all decorations and must use non-damaging materials (no nails, glitter, or confetti).

• Vendors must be approved by Luna Core prior to the event. Vendors are recommended by Luna Core but are hired and paid by the renter directly.

• Food and beverage must remain in designated areas.

• Renter agrees to respect the studio space and ensure guests behave responsibly.

CLEANING & DAMAGE

• Standard cleaning is included.

• Excessive mess, spills, or damage will result in a $150 cleaning/damage fee charged to the renter’s card on file.

• Any damages beyond this amount are the renter’s financial responsibility.

LIABILITY & SAFETY

• Renter acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of all guests attending the private event, and confirms that all participants are physically healthy and fit to participate in a mat Pilates class. Renter understands that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks of injury and assumes full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or incidents involving their guests, and agrees that Luna Core Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the event.
