To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and instructors:

• Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before start time with no fee.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a $15 late cancel fee.

• No-shows will result in the loss of class credit or payment, plus a $15 fee.

• All purchases are non-refundable. Any approved refunds will be issued as studio credit.

• These policies apply to all clients, including drop-ins, class pack holders, and members.

Your spot matters. Late changes affect our instructors and disrupt class flow. We appreciate your understanding.

• Be kind, respectful, and encouraging — this is a judgment-free space.

• Wipe down your mat and props after class using the provided supplies.

• If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and rest.

• Studio mats and equipment are sanitized regularly.

• Grip socks are encouraged for safety and hygiene.

• Our instructors offer modifications for all levels — listen to your body and take what you need.
